a nano setup just generally refers to different low slot modules that increase speed/agility. It doesn't just refer to the nanofiber modules. It originates back when nanofibers gave an increase to speed along with agility.

So if my security status is -2.0 and I attack someone, my security status afterwards subsequently be -2.4? I did 10 - 2 = 8, and then .05% of 8 is .4, so I subtracted that from -2.
